Has anyone ever used a Bowflex Home Gym?
I've been thinking about getting one, but I want to know what real people real results. It is easy for a company to find a guy with a lot of muscles and get paid to do a commercial that said it received, using his Gym System. These things are so expensive and I want to know what all the real people thought before dropping that much cash. Thanks in advance for all replies.
Waste of money. If you really want one, see the ads in the newspaper, as they are for sale all the time people who buy and do not use them. Do not buy a new one. Your body needs the diversity. If you want a piece of equipment that actually do something good, check out the free movement of double crossing. Great piece of equipment. They are very expensive, but I was able to score used (almost new) for $ 1800. I love
